Which Mag was up tonight on black ON3Ps (maybe Wrens?) with Forza pivots? With that set up it had to be someone from here.

Mountain skied great tonight. Some scraped spots, but generally pretty good. Was up w/10yo who was out hunting for jumps. She got her first cheers from onlookers today and was pretty stoked.

Today was awesome. Lesson crowds were in effect and visibility could be challenging, but snow quality was great and it kept up most of the day. Love the fresh snow on cord runs.

Night turns at Central with my daughter were great. No lines to speak of and snow is holding up nicely. Lapped Silver Fir until her legs died at 9. We could use some powder turns, but at least the ice layer is getting harder to find.

Little socked in today. Edelweiss and international Braille runs were interesting.

Armstrong seemed stopped for a while for some reason.

My 15th season here and this feels like one of the foggiest.

Armstrong was still down at 2pm, i doubt it opened again. Possibly due to unbalanced chairs?

You could see one chair ahead on Chair 2. Couldn't see two. I was fairly gripped first lap international... I literally could not see my next hopturn until I got below adrenalin. It got better throughout the day, but not by much. Good training and pretty decent snow considering. Lots of fun skiing was had.

Got stuck on Ch1 when it stopped for 45 mins. Cold. Buncha studly trollers and lifties had to manually push the chairs around the top bullwheel to get the lift to spin and offload people. Looked like highschool lineman hitting the sled haha.

This was later in the day with "good "vis:

    That was taken at 12:04.

Visibility was good mid mountain and below but I left around 1:30 and never saw the sun. Summit side seemed less foggy.

Visibility improved a little the further you went out the gate. Lapped wildside in the sun when they said it would be possibly 1-2 hours to open again, not disappointed.

Felt like targhee on my first run bowl side.

Several of us were in line for Armstrong when it stopped, went and bought beer while we waited for it to spin again. Then headed back to the lot. It opened back up around 3 or so jt, SVS and I knocked out a ton of hot laps before they shut down.

We watched one kid lose a ski, then the other, then both poles as he slid at least a hundred feet on Debbie's. Kid got up from the slide and started running uphill towards his gear.

One and done out the gate for me, a couple pockets slid up high, then it got sloppy down low. Good to get a run in with the birthday boy.

Shit. That sucks. I must of just missed that.

I came down from chair 2 and the mountain completely empty coming down debbies, I knew something was up. Straight to the car and grabbed a French dip from Commonwealth.

Great day despite all the ppl and lift problems. Got a little overzealous at one point and went sailing over a drop.
Last hour of lower mountain was a blast.

Well shit, I was going to go up Wednesday but you've changed my mind. I will be there (sans family for once).

I may be up as well tomorrow.

Weekend was suprisingly soft when you found the right spots. Made the dog tolerable
Both days not bad for a few inches on a crust

Do I detect a lot of anger flowing around this place? Kind of like a pubescent volatility, some angst, a lot of I'm-sixteen-and-angry-at-my-father syndrome?

    fuck that noise.
