    Against the North cackalacky Heywards:
Bench contributors Ingles, Niang, and Clarkson combined for 62 points (19/27 on 3 PT FGs), 11 assists, 10 rebounds, and only 2 turnovers

I've been betting on the Jazz every game. It's like free money.

The Utah Jazz are the best team in the Association right now, dont think that can be disputed. Now that worries more than excites me as you dont get a title in Feb/March. The are playing great and Quinn is a hell of a coach and the role players are all in on the system, but when Lakers, 6ers, etc get healthy? who knows

going to be a fun post season.

    Cool article on Niang

West is wide open if AD is done...or not 100%.

Meanwhile, hoping the sixers make a move for K. Lowry.

If anyone put money on a Jazz/Nets final, they must be laughing right about now. Jazz? Maybe but I certainly would not have guessed the Nets.

I think Lowry is too expensive for the 76ers. But we will see.

I have now bet on the Jazz for 12 straight games and somehow they always cover the spread in addition to winning. Wish I had been more aggressive. Let's keep this thing rolling.

    Happy Mark Eaton day y'all!!

On March 1, 1996 the Jazz retired number 53 so it can never be worn by another player. Utah Governor Leavitt then proclaimed March 1st as Mark Eaton Day.

Not a terrible free throw shooter, if memory serves. Not that he shot many of them.
Damn shame, throwing away a perfectly good white boy like that

Followed up with a retirement plan of showing up at every event in Utah that has free food and booze.

In case you're a basketball fiend and like podcasts, there is a podcast series on both the '92 Dream Team and the '08 Redeem Team. I listened to the first Redeem Team episode and it is ok - definitely not great - but figure there's some maggots in this thread that might love basketball enough to listen. Would be curious if anyone finds any certain episodes interesting.

Pelicans scored 74 points in the paint tonight
    74
First team to do that in 20+ years vs. Jazz.

    ON MARK EATON DAY!

    Oh basketball you cruel mistress...

Cue Jazz falling to earth, 3pt shooting regresses to mean, record follows.
Finish top 3, lose in WCF.
    Clippers likely

    Fucks sake

How do I fall for this shit every fucking time

The NBA’s Best Team Is Beating Everyone—Including Las Vegas
The Utah Jazz don’t just have the best record. They also have the best record against the point spread. Can it last?

Their 71% rate of covering the point spread is not only the highest in the league this season but would be by far the highest of any season in recent NBA history, according to Team Rankings, which tracks gambling data going back to 2004.

Emb-V-P. He's scoring from every level right now. He sized up that stepback 3 and just drilled it. Insane!

(Really want to know what Mitchell said to get the first T)
