On that note, Preston at Kittredge took good care of me.

Currently raining to about 10,700' on the Eastside. Seems like a good time to start a 2021-22 thread?

Also doesn't look like much at Main. Patrol site was showing 14"
It will be interesting to see where the rain/snow line was, but I do know it was 32 at the summit most of yesterday
This should get the top going, but the mid - lower mtn could be boney...He who has the most fun wins!

Looks like it all came in wet and heavy, so good base snow. Let's just hope it is not the last snow of rhe year.
I may head up Sunday to ski Mon-Wed if anybody is around.
I agree it is a constitutional right for Americans to be assholes...its just too bad that so many take the opportunity...iscariot

From the cams it looked like they got about a foot at Canyon Lodge by the end of the day, but it was raining there at dawn. Main looked pretty thin early, but would assume they got 18" at least since dawn. I'd doubt they open anything on Canyon side this weekend. I could still see the drainage ditches through the snow this afternoon, so doubt they will be able to groom much over there. I did see what looked like patrol working around the base of 3.
Anyway, October skiing on natural snow is fun.

I went for a sunset skin this evening on a normally popular run that many people park at the bottom of and did not hit anything. I'd say from about 8,500' coverage is pretty good, especially for October.
