I would just get a 21/22 pass on the payment plan and then you get the credit back in two weeks. Make sure to check with Ottime about group buy discount code. It helps a mag in need.

Everything was closed before National yesterday. Would definitely need a healthy re-set before opening some of the other lines this season.

Dude, that sucks about your knee. Did you get any good fly days in?

Oh yeah we scored big time and I still used most of my allotted flight hours. 4 straight fly days and most of the group went way over. Best week of the season so far up there.

Highly recommend PNH. Guides are all awesome.

Very nice! It's been almost exactly 10 years since my last trip there which was memorable for Quinner letting us bag Humble Pie and getting the news that Kip Garre & Allison had passed away. Hope to get back again.

We're you nekkid and did you piss on it?

Cuz I think if you are skiing nekkid and piss on a gnome whilst straightlinging in a Texas tuck then it's worth like a bazillion points...

Kevin and Jessica were both great, as was Paul who is transitioning over in the lead roll over the next few years. Loved the whole operation and plan to go back. This seems relevant to this thread because it’s very much Truckee / Tahoe connected.

Also: travel insurance is awesome. Getting paid back for my missed heli time.

Who here remembers a winter that took until January to begin and was done in early March?

FYI we've entered that magical period when Monitor Pass is clean but still closed to cars. It's like a playground for road bikes. I suspect it will open soon though so get it now if you're into that sort of thing.

I remember one where the only decent storm of the entire season was in April.

Re PNH--we got a lot of money back from travel insurance because we only flew 1 1/2 days due to weather I'm surprised the insurance companies haven't shut that down but I guess in the overall scheme of things AK heliskiing is a very, very, very very small part of their business.

I had to go look it up on S@T's website and jeezus that was a bad year. 120" total up top and 69" of it in December. I think getting somewhat significant snowfall before New Years is what made it seem like a better year. That's what made 17/18 feel alright in January even with dirt patches everywhere. Of course then we got clobbered in March.

That's almost like this year. Only one major storm but in January.

I recall some good spring skiing in those dry years with late-season snowstorms. This spring has been sucky because the snow freezes completely solid every night and you have to wait for the sun to soften it before it's skiable.

Lassen road also open to bikes only from north down to DA.

Definitely was not filled in. On the bright side the SW slopes were holding excellent corn until around noon yesterday.

I know it's late in the season, but I have some brand new Intuition Power Wrap MV's, size 27. Would cut a deal for someone local, thinking like $120? Thought I'd post up here before putting on GS.

I was told Silverado’s last day was Friday March 26th. Only because I asked on the 27th.
