Also skied Alpine today. Conditions were decent, reminded me a lot of an East Coast "Pow" day. Soft stuff to be found occasionally, mixed in with some very hard patches. Coverage on open terrain could be worse, I think my bases escaped unscathed. Lift lines weren't too bad early AM but I bailed around 11:30 when they started lengthening.

Wobby, as I implied in my post I can easily imagine myself behaving similarly with a roommate (carpooling etc). My main curiosity was your ‘surprised at the mild symptoms’ comment since (speaking for myself anyway) I keep hearing examples of mild or no symptoms.

Took the kids to Boreal today. Pretty fun and soft groomers. Coverage was still spotty outside of where they’re blowing snow. Just felt good to slide on snow. I’d say 90% were wearing masks, the rest were probably forgetting to fix them once they slipped down although there were a handful that seemed to blatantly not care.

THE OFFICIAL 20/21 TAHOE SKI & SNOWBOARD THREAD. PANDEMIC SCHMANDEMIC!
I would post a photo but tapatalk isn't working.
Anyway, flakes were flying on the evening drive back from Truckee to north lake. Even sticking near brockway summit. Think it's all over now. At least mother nature's trying.Even sometimes when I'm snowboarding I'm like "Hey I'm snowboarding! Because I suck dick, I'm snowboarding!" --Dan Savage

Why they make fuel pumps so goddamn difficult to get to, I will never understand.

In Toyota trucks there is a hatch under the back seat floor board so you can access the FP mo' easily. (true story)

I can think of 750’ laps of goodness in a obscure area right next to a well used area. Not that hard to find good lines. But I’ve always wanted to take my wife up to Jamie’s just so she could enjoy the view.
