If you don't know, you probably are one.
When they ran me out of Snowbird and I landed at Alta, Jesse Weeks gave me FONG for a nickname.
Had to ask what it meant.

I know, wrong forum Jong, but easier to post here than in the Swap page, as id rather not deal with shipping:

FOGs got it. Hard to believe he's the new guy.

Guns were going on Devil's Elbow and Green Trail. N facing off trail above Cecret was fairly dry and supportable but plentiful with rocks.

    Testing of systems.
Especially new ammo lots for the Valley Gun.
Kinda weird that one cannot LEAVE the canyon after 12:30 am.
Was planning on an early outing not in the LCC.
If Gate B is the only closed gate then I guess one parks on the uphill side of Gate B at say 5:00 am and gets picked up by a buddy?
Also guess that the opposite will begin happening?
Until they start closing an up canyon gate as well...

Anyone ski B-Right-On yesterday? Lines? Turns? Worth the risk?

Today, I will take a few laps on Kokopeli just for the heck of it. I wonder whether it would be fun hiking up Driveway?

Report back on line situation. It’s a weird year. First time in 20 I wasn’t one of the first ten chairs at the open.

Status report: skied canyons. Arrived at 10:15. No line at gondola. No more than 10 people in corral at Saddleback. Snow was good. Felt Very safe at all times. Kokopeki skied well. Much fun was had.
I did not have a reservation until 9 PM last night when it suddenly opened up. I thought that was interesting. Game on ...let the good times roll.

Oh yeah, today I skied my 198 10::ex And I skied in jeans

Hell ya on all accounts! I still have a pair of 10:ex's but last time I skied them, I was like how did I love this ski so much?! Haven't skied them since.

My son skied and said no lines mid day. Had to get his pass, and said there were several angry people who didn’t have reservations, one who claimed to have flown in to ski.
    Pretty positive feedback

My pass hasn't come in the mail yet, is there a place to pick it up at Canyons? Never spent much time there before

I'd guess that you can pick it up at the base camp, which is next to the bottom of the cabriolet. Otherwise, the office next to the locker room at the base of the gonj

There is a little cabin in the parking lot, or a little booth at the top of the cabriolet. They should be able to help you either place. Go the afternoon before you don’t get caught in the chaos at start of the day
