I think plain ol' pingpong would be your best 20/21 pursuit.

Yes, that’s all well and good. But, the real question is still; does Turkish airline require reservations for parking?

Does Turkish Air fly to Rutland?
It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

Likely not, yet the word is that "The Bus" will still be making many trips to/from Killington - so no reservation, just hop on!

Killington and Mount Snow may be the first to have some bigger outbreaks in the NorthEast. Half the people who go there are just there to party mixed in with a couple runs.

There was a guy in my ski house in, oh, '91, who had a full pass, nice skis, nice clothes, and hardly ever skied. A few times bartenders actually drove him home out of kindness. After happy hour.

But, Hunter is worse. There are kids who go up there a lot of weekends who have never skied. It's the Jersey Shore in the Catskills.

Hunter is a world of its own; everyone should have the opportunity/misfortune to ski it on a packed out Saturday once in their life.

I always say that to western skiers when they complain about crowded, icy conditions.

It’s why I go for the Sunday morning special....everyone is slow to wake...and we bang out early laps before the masses arrive. Get outta dodge by 1:00 with beers in the lot.

Same with Killington. Early chairs, they don't come out until 10:30, and then it's only half as bad as Saturday.

Brunch, drive. So, therefore, there's a whole universe of skier/rider who only do it in on...Saturday.

25 years ago I was skiing Huntah mid week. We skied to the car and had lunch and the car next to us had the same idea. We watched them finish their lunch and then roll down the windows and throw all of the trash out into the wind. My ski partner and I pissed our pants laughing at this. Seinfeld scene going off right in front of us..................HUNTAH

I spent a season living out in Colorado and I moved back to NYC with no money. Skied once at hunter that season and almost cried at what my life had become. For a few years I was working at EMS/REI, we had a partnership with a company that ran free shuttles for employees up to hunter mid week with free lift tickets. I use to go on my days off and just fuck around. Took the wife to hunter on a weekend once and said never again.

Stupidest thing that the new Powdr lords at Killington did was call in the state police to the Bear parking lot at Killington to shut down the Mogul challenge weekend tailgate party their first year of operation. This ain't Utah, assholes. It's taken them years now to rebuild trust after doing that.
