Have anyone unwrapped their preferred parking pass protection options at Crustal?
    How much are they asking?

I just pass mine on to people with kids.
Remember what a nightmare it was to wrestle all those skis, poles and limp children up from B lot?

They are opening the remainders (if any) up to the public in 2 weeks.

Mrs Brit got the email this afternoon while we were in Greenwater with yet another internet outage.

Might bite the bullet with a young dog to manage on ski days this winter.

I'm glad at least it didn't become the free for all that was predicted.

That would be me Buster , that sure is a steep price though! They told me there wasn't a wait list but I'm guessing that means after previous pass holders are offered? It wasn't too long ago they were what $400?

With my youngest going into CMAC and needing to arrive early every weekend it's probably money well spent.

Speaking of things getting expensive and horrible at Crystal - has anyone seen the sorry excuse for a burger they are serving this year? Looks like they jumped in with McDs on bulk ordering 1/8" thick frozen cardboard patties, put a Crystal logo brand on the bun and charge $16. At least the burger they used to sell up there was halfway good and looked like a burger.

Normally I would agree but have always enjoyed the burger and beer mid ride after the climb and then descending Northway with a full belly and a bit of "lube".

That was the total paid on their email confirmation.

I haven't looked to see if they added sales tax onto total charged to cc.

Yeah it's outrageous compared to years before.

I saved a shit ton not paying for parking/gas and mileage commuting to the city during covid. And will continue to do so into at least the new year.

Plus rented my place far more than usual last season and this summer.

I'll hold my nose, pay for the parking and enjoy the convenience of having it when I use it next season.

    Not surprisingly...

I'm not sure how legal that invoice might be?

If I have the energy or time tomorrow I'll check.

So let’s see if you have 40 days out there that’s…$30 per day for parking 1/2 mile closer.

Handed mine off to a family that needs weekends +, so keeping my spot on the list if they keep doing it. I bought a weekday pass that includes weekday a-lot parking. it's one of those things that once you have it it kinda sucks to not have it. I know, first world problems.
