I'm game for a refresher course, been many years since my Avy1. Dates dependent on work and family, but would love to get in on this.

Rarely ski in avy terrain (don't even own a beacon) but snow knowledge is something could always use more of.

Please add me to the list if we are going with a private group. Fitness will be reasonable and technical skiing ability is solid.

Vt-F is setting up a course directly with Marc Chauvin. Max # in the group is 5. Although a lot of wankers said they were in, when pressed, only Peruvian has answered (he's out). So far

It’s the AIARE Avy 1 course. Some folks have already taken it and are treating it as a refresher but it’s the full course. My vote is to do the field days on 1/22 and 1/23.

Demo sale of 4frnt skis happening tonight at Manahattan pizzeria in Burlingtron.

5-8pm and cash only. No idea of what exactly they have but it sounds like a little bit of everything (demos, blems, new and used skis and binders).
