The kamikaze slide was a great place to hang out. You slid down and hit the pool hard and wiped out. Girls would go down and lose parts of their suit. They had cliffs you could jump off that were pretty high, high enough that if you didn't hit the water clean you would get hurt. Yet they would allow anyone to go off, some people diving. I think the problem was that people thought they were safe because Great Adventure and other parks all had rides where you couldn't really get hurt. If it wasn't for the long lines on the weekend I would have gone a lot more.

I was one of the "lucky few" to ride that abomination loop slide before they shut it down realizing it was really really dangerous.

It hurt, it was scary as shit cause so dark you had zero clue when the loop was coming. But hey ....traction park.

From what i’m hearing, NH has this distro thing well more dialed than their neighbors. It must be nice to have a date set to look forward to.

IDK, VT and ME have about 15% of the population with one shot, NH 12%.

Not disagreeing, but some districts get new kids daily. It's one of those, "If you don't know, you don't know." Its truly unbelievable what certain school districts deal with on a daily basis. My wife's school has full classrooms of English as a second language and we're in rural NH. The cities must be overwhelmed. Her custodian died of COVID. The lunch people, subs, and older teachers need to be vaccinated asap to allow parents to go back to work. And yeah, teachers have their parents living with them or they're taking care of them on some level like my wife does. NH is one of the few states that put the teachers lower on the list.

Apparent that the gas line wasn't dropped deep enough and it melts the snow pack. The planting required by the permit to widen the slope was done properly and no one is mandated to foot the bill to mitigate the phucup
