Apparently, I've stumbled into the Jack Hannah Thread...can someone direct me to the Soup Thread?
It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

Yeah think? Looks like a wolf to me. Animal identification is not my strong suit but that is why I always carry my glock cocked or whatever.

mid december - the new mid-march?
how else to bookend THE longest off-season in our lifetimes?

i do think when the snow does come - and hopefully before *next* mid-march - all will be forgiven.

that or we'll all be eating rodents

(whereby all this is-it-a-pine-marten? talk will have been a cruelly ironic appetizer ;0)

my money's on some less-thin hike-to cover inside a week.

12/11 still on the radar. My fallback 12/17. ...or just wait until there is snow eventually.

Going to be enough to ski the low-angle on Sunday at Magique. Skin to win. Oh, wait, that's what we used to yell at the wet t-shirt contests in Fort Lauderdale on Spring Break.

    ^^ meh

Cold rain Saturday isn't stoke worthy. bush blowing OG&Cord this am, 32º bob.

Current consensus on AZ from the entitled is VT will go bankrupt if they don't show up here to ski, even though there are few options for them to actually spend money. It's been amusing to watch them go from claiming the summer visitors likely followed the rules to outright saying "fuck the rules" I am going to be there. I do find them amusing.

Birds are happy this am despite the wind.

Paging Bunny? His quote "The Killington World Cup does nothing for me, its a waste of money, how does it benefit the pass holder in any way"
For the last 4 years they would be opening Superstar Lift to the public tomorrow with skiing on Superstar, Skylark and Lower Bittersweet runs.
