    Maybe I have, maybe I haven’t.

What’s it to y’a anywho? What are you, the frikken Mounties or sumthin.

I hear this is a big deal near the border close to Ottawa since ON closed the ski hills on their side. Y’a kind of a shitbag move I guess. Prob as shitbag a move as imposing a curfew 4 to 6 weeks too late here in QC. Tbh have seen much less ON tags on my outings than usual, but I have seen some ontariens just about every time I went out.

I’ve been formulating ski waxes for a few years and I’ve got a pair of test skis dripping with flammables.

Maybe I’ll throw ‘em on the barby tomorrow night and watch ‘em burn

my brother (lives in Kingston) moved his ski vacation from Calabogie (green zone?) to Tremblant (red zone).. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I took the girls skiing once, not really the same without the chalet, not much room for error on cold days. Been out XCing lots though, thank Ullr for that 20cm new year dump and good preservation temps

Now that we have this new "lockdown" all members of my household (but me) go back to in-person activity Monday... wait what?

We were lucky on our one family outing to have mild temps right after a bit of a dump. Went to Mont Gabriel, nice little family hill that is on the MSS pass. Crowds weren't too bad (even for holidays) and tailgating our lunch worked out OK but it was a lot harder to convince kiddo to do more laps without fries and hot chocolate bribes.

Haha, this made me laugh too. I got kicked out of his group a while back for contradicting some of his opinions and posting "Jay sucks, tell your friends" a few too many times lol

Thanks; I'm just curious to get a sense of how much inter province travel is still going on. Appreciate your input.

Newsflash! Local skiing is fun. Not a sh!t stirring post, just the truth

Peace y'all. Let's get this garsh dang virus under control so we can have an honest-to-goodness mini. I miss youze peeps.

That said- solo groomer skin laps are pretty great. Beats the stationary bike.

Burn skis please (but not snowboards- they're prettier).

Scouting my uber-local hill today. Only about 3 more feet and we’re good to go.

Will do. With some judicious trimming it could be a really fun zone, right over the ridge from where you’re skiing tomorrow.
