    The -1.5 was over bibs 1-4 who had finished when Feuz came across the line. Second place overall Mattias Mayer finished 0.16 seconds back.

    And today’s race get canceled...super g tomorrow and then off to Garmisch. I’ll be watching there from outside the fences! Tried to get inside em but was unable to get a spot due to my work situation...

    Question for you racing folk...... when gliding in a tuck, is it faster to keep weight centered or more on the tails in the backseat? It seems to me that the backseat is faster but.....?

    Center...

    To study the state of the art in tucking, research speed skiing.

    Running DH is a different thing, where all kinds of turning and absorption dynamics intermingle with straight up gliding and aero...but back seat is even less desirable there, except for maybe rare momentary moves to try to juice the end of a turn or something.
