Yeah! Very smooth fast skiing. That is a huge margin too

I was gonna say the same thing, he looks like he’s not going fast (which is how all the great ones ski).

Shiffrin 3rd yesterday; still haven’t seen her run, FIS hasn’t uploaded video to their YouTube.

RCS finished 7th in DH today; he was leading through three splits but lost it at the bottom it looks like. He’s killing it right now. Makes me wish I had cable.

I think he's lucky not to have lost some knee ligaments as well..

The Czech broadcast was up shortly after the race, you don't need to understand the words anyway. She had a bobble about 1/3 way through run 2, skied about 4 gates like most of us ski, .02 margin wasn't enough to cover it . . .

Its not saying too much when athletes from three of the best cross-country skiing nations in the world are not competing in the World Cups because of COVID concerns.

Not true. The Finns and Swedes were there. Norwegians not there. A very solid win and 2nd. for the US.

Oh so just the Norwegians didn't race this weekend, or should I say last years Cross Country World Cup Overall Globe Leader, as well as 2nd, 4rd and 5th place overall points leaders from last year.

Yes, that's what you should have said, instead of saying something that wasn't true. Trump aside, that's still the way to go.

After the season opening Cross Country World Cup weekend, the Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish teams announced that they would not travel to any of the future World Cups, as their govern bodies felt it would be irresponsible to travel based on the current COVID situations. The Norwegian's also canceled their upcoming World Cup in Lillehammer at that time.
After the Dec 20th World Cup in Germany the Swedish and Finish govern bodies reassessed the situation, and agreed with new regulations and event protocol that FIS have implemented, and decided to change their decision and allow their athletes to travel to Val Müstair Switzerland for the open stage of Tour de Ski.

Since the NOR, SWE, and FIN were not racing in the most recent World Cups I had lost interest and had not paid much attention to the races, and I was unaware that the SWE and FIN had changed their decisions and were racing again, so yes I misspoke.
