I think he for sure would have. Keep in mind if he made it to the last cliff he was going off a really big part at mach looney and could have easily gotten into the olympic ski flying distances

Is the feed jerking around on your end? IT keeps jumping between present and past. It's almost unwatchable. My wifi? But yeah-- nice to see the drones backing off a bit.

Nobody else with audio skipping around? Hmm...
Hope homie is okay. Hard to watch these events when injuries go down.

Super bummed about an injury. Major vibes to Joan.
And super bummed about tech.
I've been tuning in to every event since it's been possible and I have to say that either my wifi router just crashed or this is shit. I can't handle this anymore. Will watch the replay.

I really wish announcers would just point out weaknesses in the skiers instead of saying things like "the snow is really tricky there."
No. He was an idiot. Fucking say it. Max Palm is a rookie. He had a good run, and he's also an idiot,. Say it.

Obviously pretty challenging conditions, but I like that it rewarded the technically proficient and calculating skiers, and punished the rest. Turdell, Tester, Slemmet, and Pollard looked solid, while most struggled. Chabloz charged, and somehow pulled it off. The boarders and the ladies sucked even more than usual. Aracil's backflip to head bonk WTF.

Freeride World Tour
Felt pretty definitive that Maxime took the win with the transfer, big backie and 3. Cool to see the Americans do well too. Obviously snow was tough but it seems to me the venue worked pretty well in bad snow and could be sick in pow.

Venue looked great. Definitely would be cool
to see it in good condition. Camera work and drone angles were good (less spinny drone views). Snow didn’t look great but that’s life in the mountains.
Vibes to that kid who went down. That was gnarly to watch him sliding and obviously totally unconscious.
Great to see a clear winner. That was definitely the winning run IMO.

Nice event, as I’ve said before…I kinda like watching the best in the world ski subprime conditions. Attaway APollard!
I hope Joan Aracil is ok.

Yeah any update on Joan? That was a horrible crash. Feel for that dude.

Another great comp. Agreed that camera work was much better this round.
Felt that the podium was definitely correct this round. I could make some quibbles further down the order, but for the most part thought it was well judged.
Hope Joan is alright. That was brutal. Sounds like he got a heli to a hospital and is spending the night. So given that he skied out (in pain) I would assume that means he's got a solid concussion and maybe some other less serious damage.

That step down to natural gapper back on to the ridge was fucking dope.
That snow looked like kaka. You can't fake technical skiing skills in conditions like that.dirtbag, not a dentist

Would have been unreal if Mael had landed his run.
