All of those but Alaska have adult events that serve as qualifiers for the FWT. Snowbird just has a 2 star this year but Crested Butte and Kirkwood have 4 stars. (4 star comps count for more points and get a better field usually.) Also Big Sky has a 4 star, and Crystal has a 3 star.

There usually isn’t a lot of video of the US comps though - need to get out and see them in person.

Yeah Marshall is the only kiwi who decided to go on the tour this year. Hank Bilious posted something on his Instagram yesterday talking about how it was technically possible for him to compete but he decided it wasn’t the best decision in these times. Seems like a sentiment most of the NZ athletes share. Frankly I don’t blame em for wanting to stay home in one of the only countries in the world with no COVID.
