Feeler: Mount or sell 179 Praxis RX?
Recommended them for a friend a few years back and they were too much for him. I'm old and fat but kind of want to try them... though I'm thinking they'll be too much for me too.
They have 2 mounts (salomon STH 3 hole toe, and duke) for about 300mm and pretty chipped up top sheets. Bases maybe 7/10.
Does someone want to make an offer (shipping from calgary Canada) or should I mount them up and give them a go?

It's a good ski. If you don't have anything like them give them a go.
a positive attitude will not solve all of your problems, but it may annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

My daily driver for 2 years, good well rounded ski, nice mix of on and off piste performance. I ski in the Sierra's but do not know where you ski or how it will work for you.

I'm going to mount them up and give them a go. I have some demo clamps lying around already with brakes that will barely clear so why not?!
I'm in the canadian Rockies. Even if I don't love them mid winter I suspect they would be a good spring ski.
