Bike descisons.
I work at an E Bike shop. We recently picked up a couple new bike lines, Orbea & Fuji. I checked out their non electric offerings and narrowed it down to a couple in my budget range (I'd like to stay close to $4000cad) Fuji Rakan 29 LT 1.1 and Orbea Occam H20. I'm not exactly sure what the dealer price will be on either of them but the Orbea starts $500 more than the Fuji. I'm leaning towards the Fuji, I got my wife last year's Rakan and it rides real nice, this years LT has coilover and more travel. The Fuji has shorter chainstays, a 63.7 deg head angle, 77.5 seat tube angle, Occam 66, 77.
Any insight? Any part far superior or inferior? I'm not stoked on the Fuji's brakes but that's an easy upgrade.

Orbea is a nice pick up, fuji too. Congrats, especially orbea. I dont think ive seen them sold in N america. 2 different bikes there but both have a nice spec for usage. Occam looks to be better suited at slower speeds and a capable trail bike. Fuji has the enduro geo more capable on the steep or park speed but able to get around. Depends what you're doing. Id probably favor a occam for v town but the fuji sounds fun.
Orbea emtb is a top pick. I see ads of people looking for them and all the reviews have been really good. I think they have the bosch cx. I've been meaning to drop in. Now more than ever.

I'd go with the one you can actually get in a reasonable timeframe. Getting bikes from orbea is taking awhile, but it's kind of the same deal with every manufacturer.

Those aren't particularly comparable. The Fuji has a coil shock and a zeb. The Orbea has a dps and a 34. The orbea is a trail bike that's probably a respectable weight. The Fuji is an enduro sled that probably weighs at least 35 lbs.
Nothing wrong with any of that, but pick the bike that suits the riding style you want.
