Maybe it's just me but if I was still trying to lose weight after 3600 straight days of running I might try something else.

Maybe it wouldn't happen if you used a name like ötzi and not your real name. Oh, wait, shit...

Holy shnikeys! 3600 straight days off running?!? That's commitment!

What % of those runs have been outside vs treadmill? What's the average distance or time you usually do each day or does it vary widely based on what you've got going on?

since mid 2016 less than 1% (no regular access to a treadmill)
before that maybe one run in three was on a treadmill

my average daily 4.4 miles but there are plenty of 1 and 2 mile runs in there.

Word. And as you get older you need to improve your diet to maintain the same weight. It's fucking irritating.

    fucking irritating is right.

If 25yo me ate and exercised like 52yo me does, 25yo me would be in fantastic shape. But 52yo me is still a regular fatass.

So true. Did not realize this was going to be a thing. I never expected to keep my 18 year old metabolism my whole life, but I did kind of think that once I settled into my 30s that was going to be the state of things most of the way home. Then my 40s gave me a wakeup call :-(

With cryptosporidium, a running streak is a common symptom.

Just hope to god it doesn't last ten years.

I agree it is a constitutional right for Americans to be assholes...its just too bad that so many take the opportunity...

    Hi, Steve.
Don't you ever feel the urge to stretch your legs under your desk ?

    Hey Steve,

Got any good 10,000k, 10 ultra training plans? Asking for a friend.

It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.
