I think the instep is very high on the wrap boots. I feel the same way.

I was able to squeeze a 27 Tour Wrap into a 25.5/26 Scarpa NTN shell. I got that same liner into a 26/26.5 Salomon S/Lab MTN touring boot. The cups runnethed over, but I did make it work.

Are you sure you're holding your mouth right?
