I just checked online and downtown Cleveland looks primed for the draft tomorrow night. 82° and sunny on the shores of Lake Erie right now.

    Tomorrow?

52° and spotty thunderstorms with unrelenting wind.

Sounds about right, at least it isn’t snowing 8 to 10 inches like it did up there last week.

It’s the Indians. Not the browns. But a good read

Unlimited cheap beer? What could possibly go wrong?

Btw. How racist is Cleveland when their teams are Indians or browns?

The interwebs is a weird space. Where you bump into something you don’t know nothing about. But it seems legit. And then you get schooled

The Indians really did have to come out and protect the Rangers by beating up their own fans. LOL

So...how'd the next beer night go? Batteries at Santa? (Asking for a friend....ly city).
It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

I thought about heading down to the stadium but didn’t get back in town in time so I settled for drinking my own beers at home and yelling “fuck yeah” at the tv.

I am seeing a lot of CLE gear around town these days though, makes me wonder how many are new to the suffering.

I gotta figure which game I’ll make this year though. Undoubtedly it will be one with sub-zero temps, a brisk 40mph breeze off the lake, and a single-digit score.

Nice. That Baker to Hodge toss was worth yelling at the tv for.

It got me pumped up. Loved seeing everyone on the sideline standing and fired up too.

Dunno. I’m starting to dream of the day when I can ask a mod to change the title of this thread to “Drink the Sports Depression Away Cleveland Browns Memorial Support Group.”

Boy, that would be something. I feel nervous even thinking about it.

4/5. Two thumbs up. I thought the ending was a little under par. But the character development was excellent, and I found myself really rooting for Emily.

Meh. I feel like these could be more edgy...Johnny Manziel sitting on the curb outside the stadium playing a guitar with an open guitar case for donations; a battered Mason Rudolph getting pistol whipped by Myles and his posse in the tunnel; or Josh Gordon having a party in the visitors locker room and keeping Baker and Emily up all night, etc..

    You get the picture.

I think you’re really on to something here.

Seriously, that would be great theater.

They did shoehorn Bernie Kosar into the end of the first one. And it seems Jedrick Wills is back and possibly sleeping in a men’s room cause he’s always there just hanging around.

I like something more subtle, like Myles in anger management classes as a running gag, Manziel on a TV monitor in an upcoming WrestleMania...

Anyhoo, as good of a QB as he is, Baker doesn't deserve Emily. Why hasn't he knocked her up yet?

Or until they get a place in a domed stadium.
