It's a Turin DF64. Time to get most of the other single dose grinders was in the months and I didn't really want to wait...

Fuck, that looks like an amazing grinder at a killer price point. Plus you can always upgrade to SSP burrs if you ever get the itch. Pretty awesome.

Lmk if you need beans to put through it.

I'm surprised the sudden exposure to oxygen didn't start a fire at the roastery when they dropped that batch. Maybe they roast in a hypobaric environment???

this is the woman who grew the coffee in Jackattack's post - she's an absolute legend, and is responsible for almost single-handedly raising the bar for specialty grade coffee in Ethiopia. Her grandkids are now producing legendary coffee.

anytime you see her name you should probably buy that coffee.

Thanks jackattack for the incredible cup of coffee this afternoon. Made my first jackattack-supplied, tgapp-roasted, doebedoe-brewed cup of that incredible Ecuadorian. Super cool coffee -- naturals wonderful fruit paired with big, viscous mouthfeel.

All I did was click buy now.

Good to hear you enjoyed it. I just roasted a half pound of it on Saturday, it’ll be a week or so before I get a taste.

Just roasted it. Surprisingly well behaved in the drum for a Kenyan. Ended up getting 18% DTR - could have gone shorter but I love me a great shot of Kenyan espresso.

I can share my profile later but I'm already salivating for this coffee

ha thanks dude but your money's still no good here, not after all the high end wine of yours I've drunk

found a verified Venmo acct that buys plate armor and camouflage for Ukrainian soldiers and forwarded your yacht funds there

I'll still send you coffee don't worry)

It's the Venmo front for a registered charity in Ukraine that is trying to raise funds for protective gear. Not a dox at all, it's published all over verified channels.

I’d be down to get a little crazy but the wife is beginning to suspect I’m actually crazy after the last shipment.
