WTB: Road/Cross/Gravel bikes for 5'6" and 4'11" people

Looking for two 700c drop bar bikes. Road, cross, gravel all okay (no cantis or v brakes though, caliper or disc only). One to fit a 5'6" person (~52 probably?) and one for 4'11" (~44-46?). Preferably 10 or 11sp but would consider 8 or 9 for the right price (read: very low). Local pickup in Jackson, WY or willing to ship to 83014.

I have a 47cm 2016 Niner BSB9 RDO carbon frame and fork and bb I could sell. My son used it in a few cross races but now has out grown. Great shape. I'd let it go for $600+ship
