I saw this, this morning and thought some of you might be interested. There was a 4.2 earthquake in the Sawtooths Friday and this was a result of it. These guys had just been in the path of this not long before and caught the rock slide on a phone. Pretty cool footage, since no one got caught in it.

^^ absolutely insane. i'm bummed i never got to do the notorious bolt ladder, seemed like a quintessential sawtooths experience. those old 1 1/4" buttonheads are always character building.

Everybody keeps saying this, but they were literally just up there. That was nearly some Final Destination shit. Considering the circumstances I consider it an acceptable level of freakout.
