This is a $1000000 idea. $75 admission includes orange or striped jump suit and your choice of prison-brat, mystery casserole or meatcake. I need to get on Kickstarter before someone snatches up the Roundabout Burgers property!

TIL this is called 'airline chicken'. Presumably because it's made from parts of old hens used to test bird strikes on jet engines.

Of all the GI Joe PSA remakes, pork chop sammiches is my favorite.

Ok, now I’m about 3/4 of the way through. My comments:

I’m worried about the TGR’s digestive systems, generally. There seems to be a lot of fear of greasy food.

Fat and salt tastes good, generally.

I fear I may have grown a bit too old for cafeteria food.

I’m not sure it’s worth getting sushi and not paying for it (nice Repo Man reference Riser) or committing other crimes just to get prison grub.

I appreciate a good cafeteria tray. Seems like most places have gone to cheap crappy ones.

Not feeding your staff well is shortsighted, especially in these difficult staffing times.

I’m proud of BMills for keeping up the tradition of the two Manhattan lunch. You are welcome at my office anytime.

This one’s just for Riser. There, I touched my fruit! HAPPY??!!!

Haven’t had corn flakes in about 40 years, and the banana was a little under-ripe, so treated the taste buds to a trip down memory lane.

I'm not giving it away, because it's awesome. But I will say that it's definitely institutional adjacent.
