    I've done patches from the inside. I did a double tube patch, a little round one covered by a bigger oval one. I rode it to the end of tire life.

    I've never seen those little bacon strips, I use the big car size ones, no hole has been too big so far.

    I got a sidewall puncture second ride on my DHR exo last fall. Two layers of gorilla tape and seam grip and she's still holding. I've had the backup tire in my vehicle the whole time waiting for the failure.

    I think Doubledown is the way to go for our sharks.
