    Hopefully he does.

    Sweet pics of the chutes!

We finally got some rain after months of none and 90 plus degree days.

Of course it was 9” in about 48 hrs so rivers are a tad high.

Plan to get out when things drop a bit.

Not to sound like a nanny here, but wear your damn life preservers and leashes out there people! Been a lot of drownings lately around here. People don't understand how easy it is to lose that board in a gust of wind and be stranded in the middle of a cold ass lake. That's all.

Got out for an eleven mile cruise on post flood local river conditions. 10-9K cfs in about 2 hours on a hala radito.

Had river mostly to myself, one power boater. Nice sunny day, light occasional wind.

I found the new waist belt PDFs, are awesome for putting it on and leaving it on all day, same size as a small fanny pack and lightweight enough you forget about it, until needed.

The waist belt PFDs are great, that's what I use too. Just make sure you wear it on the front like you are supposed to. I think you are supposed to test them periodically too. Some people strap them to their boards, which defeats the purpose entirely.
