Frame Bag Options For A Small YT Capra 27.5?
So, my wife’s key employee has this bike, and we want to get him a surprise birthday present. He has expressed interest in a frame bag that either fits in the triangle by the bottom bracket, or possibly in front of the shock. Have any of you found ‘off the shelf’ bags that fit in these locations, or do you have any other suggestions? I think he doesn’t want an under the saddle bag for obvious dropper post reasons. He would like to avoid a hydration/waist pack if possible.
How are y’all carrying your tools/pump/snacks, etc?
Thanks, good people!Forum Cross Pollinator, gratuitously strident

Check on Park City Outdoor Gear Swap. There is a lady in town making custom frame bags, that look pretty nice. I have not / will not buy one, but she put something up in the last couple days.

That ‘will not’ wording is fairly strong, any reason?

I actually have two of those outpost bags, one of which I will try on Friday. It looks a hair too big for his Small frame, though. That said, it fits on my wife’s RM Thunderbolt and my Altitude perfectly.
Curiously, it does not fit on my ‘20 medium Instinct, which I find strange.
