They're dropping like flies. First Benny commits hari-kari, now GL passes into the unknown.

I may be in Saratoga during race season this summer, I wonder if I put the APB out for Benny if I'll come up with anything.

First of all, let’s give GL credit for some superb showmanship, assuming he hasn’t been lost in a black hole. The anticipation is killing me.

Secondly, 42? Shit, what was the question again?

that’s the edited version of gravitylovers reply, kind of makes you wonder what the unedited version said… and just who exactly edited it?

    What is the question?

The answer 42 has haunted me from an early age and will likely continue to the grave.

Yeah, there’s still the buffalo and adk debate.

But latitude 42 ain’t a bad place to start. Or end.

It is the ultimate upstate hitchhiker answer.

    Aww...

I edited to try to express myself more clearly. Apparently it worked It has taken me over 400 miles to digest the scope of the experience.

First I found it and I thought it was IT so I had to edit because a few hours later I actually did find IT.

So, it, is somewhere between max-unrealized-potential and this place Click image for larger version.

As I drove along I realized that I had just croozed through a core component of what Upstate is. While I was going out of my way to satisfy a bucket list thing (which did occur) I smoked a bowl and appreciated my situation.

While I was getting gas I looked at the map and saw that another bucket list thing could happen, I made it so. This next zone could possibly be called Valhalla. It is realizing it's potential and is orders of latitude above all others. There are places like this Click image for larger version.

For 40 years I've wanted to walk into a store in NY to buy weed. I've obviously been to them in other states but this was different. And there are so many! Yeehaa

Yeah as I was sitting on a bench on the west coast just after the sun rose over the eastern overlap zone of the Upstate, I was thinking that it's time for that problem to be solved. I also figured I was looking pretty much at your backyard but it was in the shadows.

And now I'm wondering if 42 has something to do with 4:20. How far back does that go? Was Douglas Adams ever a liftie? The questions go on and on.

You apparently missed the part about "it" and it's core component aspect.

ID:	415536 and this malaise surrounds the existential core. There's also some HUDGE news about this place that may well help them to re-realize their potential. It's possible that someone like Fred will benefit from it...

If that 42 can be 24 it starts to come into focus. 24 miles northwest of unrealized potential is where it is.

A little googling seems to indicate you couldn’t get much “higher” in NYS. Definitely up there!
