Bike rides this weekend. Spectacular. Still wish I was fighting humanity in Nashville though.

I found an excuse to drive upstate again today. I’m starting to think I need a new phone. It isn’t capturing the foliage colors very well

It's going to be 65-70 this week every day with this peak to downside color. Get some.

It's not entirely the phone. For punchier colors take the pictures when the sun is not so high.

*Or you can do what some do in the photography thread and oversaturate the colors in Lightroom before you post them

Um, yeah. There is Photoshop for the phone, or Lightroom, or, for free, Snapseed.

Consistent with the alternate reality that is WNYS. In fact, my tabby is practically glowing on the floor next to me.

So WUNYS is not in fact sepia-toned?

Whew, I was getting worried after seeing some of the pics come up on instaface since my last time through.

Must just be the influencers practicing their art.

Back off 20%. But that's just me.

Actually, if you're going with reality, your original posted pics look more like what I'm seeing around here in Ct., and I'll bet Plattekill is a week or two ahead into stick season.

There you go. Yeah I'm not a big fan either of coloring up stuff either.
I used Capture One and blew out the colors for you. jpegs only allow you to do so much. Raw files you can really play with.

Well, one thing you can't say and mean it is that upstate NY isn't photogenic even if you can't quite put your finger on where upstate is.
