Snoloco on the NYSB forum went to Clarkson and I think he mostly skied Whiteface while there. You could drop in over there and ask him about it. But give me a few minutes to pop some popcorn

Drive time from Potsdam to Titus is the shortest, Snow Ridge is sorta easy and that small place in Saranac Lake is too but that drive could really suck in bad weather. Potsdam to Malone isn't bad but it's windswept flatness and that can be fun.

my uncle graduated from Clarkson. my mentor was a Clarkson grad too. we're always looking to hire newbies from there, WPI and Penn State. What's he going to study?

So where’s the boundary between upstate and downstate Japan? Should there be a new thread? Tokyo is downstate. Duh.

Is it easy to draw the line at Tsugaru strait and call it done?

A foot of fresh on the groomers, and about three or 4 feet wall of snow to get off of ‘em… dumping all damn day. this powder was water laying in the sea in Japan just a half an hour ago. don’t get no fresher than that.

Mine has a few on each side so, not too bad until you need to raise the volume or change the track then you have to remember the buttons are on the back side.
