Like most WNYers raised Catholic, I love a good fish fry, but it's been a while since I've had a quality one in WNY.
Lots of oversized, greasy, soggy portions. YMMV.

While it's clearly not Ted's Fish Fry country, it is most certainly on the shores of two Great Lakes as well as home to Chautauqua; the amount of fish frys I've had along that stretch is no small number.

By the way, reports out of the North Coast show an all time hatch of Walleye and Yellow Perch beating the past two years' record levels. I'm placing an order for fresh frozen for Memorial Day now.

Halfway house at my regular Monday night loop stocks it. It's like crack. Or, uh, so I've heard.
