Dude don't drink those Genny's on the chair unless you're wearing drop bottom pants and have a roll of tp with you.

Right? Genny Cream, best enjoyed on the toilet.

Somewhere in my basement I've got a pair of 191 Hart F-17s with some bomber all-metal Solly drivers that was my gaper-day/big-board day ski for many spring carnivals until I unearthed the older Solly Super Force 9 3s' from the storage unit.

Kid in lift line: How big are those skis man?

Me: Power 8, big as they come.

    Kid: ..... what's, a Power?

Me: It's how they measured skis in the future.

    Kid: ...

I have another rant besides the genny cream - and ranting is most certainly upstates so:
I think car design is going right into the shitter...

yesterday I had to travel from Albany to Wuss-tah for a construction project (company policy is rentals). greenbush enterprise is a cluster for some reason and the guy can't get me in a car. finally he says "do you want to upgrade to the A5?" and I chuckle "you're not upselling me, I drive an A6"
I suppose it was more of a chortle

at this point you're thinking two things: "fuck yea I'd shoot that sled down the mass pike" and "fuck twomartinis and his first world problems"

I must admit that the A5 sure is easy on the eyes; and she did scoot down the pike with aplomb. but that's where it ended for me because she was so overstuffed with tech that the experience was... just meh

giant touchscreen welded to the dash like an afterthought, check

faux console gearshifter that isn't intuitive, check

complex clicks & swipes instead of easy buttons & knobs, check

semi-autonomous driving "features" that are frankly dangerous, check!

oodles of confusing shit packed into the steering wheel, check

can't manually tune in a radio station to its broadcast frequency, checkity check

there's more; but my brain's already fried, so check please

MMI has always been a thorn for audi, overthought like some goddammed dilbert/dogbert cartoon. 15 years strong and getting worse every year

I'm thinking I want that maroon mercedes wagon I spotted at gore (in powder blue). or a '90s volvo 240dl wagon (in classy silver). luddites unite!

    /rant

Is that a Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon or just a Buick Roadmaster Sedan?? What year 199? something mid 90's

There was a Upstate guy that would buy the Estate Wagons and sell them regularly on Ebay for a number of years. Last I heard though he moved out of state.

Does it have the LT1? Put some chains on and it'll go through a foot of Upstate goo at 4am on the way to Whiteface. I know these things...
