There’s def something wrong with me. So many obviously bad decisions are just so tempting. I think you teased me with that camper before. Is it still there?

I did another 800 mile lap around Upstate on Monday and Tuesday, the pavement on the interstates and big roads SUX. It's like an obstacle course that you can't miss all the obstacles. They're so bad I might end up having to get 18" wheels to replace the stock 20's for the Volvo, we dinged two wheels badly enough to make the car shake over about 45mph and the damn things are like $800 each. You wanna drive the more efficient car but it ends up more expensive after all. Fukk. There was one on Rt 17 around mile marker 306 westbound (just west of Goshen I think) that had a half dozen cars with blown tires scattered over the next half mile. Two had broken wheels and had slid to a stop within about 100 yards.
dead downtown? Is the combination laundromat, Indian souvenir and donut shop gone? Good donuts, btw

Figures the motorcycle crew knows -

apparently this belonged to a local biker he only used it to hit Daytona bike week every year. No mention of tuppah but I’m sure this piece would fit right into town unnoticed-
Or on a chips episode about to cause a big scene on the freeway.

Daytona Bike Week. What a shitshow that is. 300# drunks on 700# bikes.

Here's a drunk Winger from this year.

Sturgis was fun in the 80's. I'm sure being in my 20's may have played a part in that.

Lot's of folks experiment in their 20s, many never grew out of the leather chap pirate cosplay phase, and many seem to gravitate to it later in life. Especially dentists.

Yeah, I dunno, I love the Taconics. I travel through every range in the state and most in the northeast and I always circle back to the Taconics being my favorite. They're not the grandest, the most dramatic or the most expensive but there's a homieness, a soft and comfortable kinda thing that I don't often get elsewhere BUT the worn out, tarped and untapped piles of shit that define the upstate (and many out of the way zones in the US) are ruining the short views along the roads.
