Damn Buttah.
So we know the Upstate is clearly not appreciated in VT.
Noted.
I want one of those stickers.
Haha. Yeah our mass transpo options kinda suck. At least we have them and if you make the effort you will get where you're going using them compared to a few places I lived where there isn't any option to get around without your own car other than a bike or thumb. Even where I live with buses and trains all around me there is no way to get to them without driving. We have no sidewalks, ancient roads that wind around on steep hills, the nearest streetlights are more than a mile away (at the bus stops) and it's just generally unfriendly to anything other than motorized travel. When Benny P was here he even said "I thought you were kidding but it's really terrible and totally not bike friendly" and he also lives in the area so his statement was comparing it to other places around here. When I worked in the city it took about 2 1/2 hours to get to work using the train and subway, if I drove it was an hour or less (could be 4 on terrible traffic days ). There were days I tried to take the train but couldn't find anywhere to park and ended up driving anyway. If you had to take the bus to the train it would be a minimum 4 hour each way commute. Sure we have mass transpo but it sucks.
Just like ‘interesting’ red-heads.

Wow. Those birds were efficient. And neat.
Preface: I don't have answers to these ultra important questions but that's not gonna stop me from complete and total speculation
Possibility #1: We haven't had plowable snow here since Feb so this guy's been festering throughout March and half of April. Plenty of time to get picked clean and not get kicked off the road. Add to that, this road is super, super quiet and at elevation (2400 ft yo)!
Possibility #2: Alien spacecraft selected one deer for an experiment which aimed to convert deer skin and meat into dilithium crystals. Having failed their experiment, they chucked the carcas back to earth from orbit where the bones survived a firey reentry to assume their final resting spot on the side of the road where we haven't had any plowable snow since Feb on this super, super quiet road at elevation (2400 ft yo)!
Possibility #3: Yes sir office Obie, I cannot tell a lie. I PUT those bones on the side of that road that is super, super quiet and at elevation.
-100 for that pun.
