Greek Peak CNY all day long. Peek N Peak is WNY. Maybe she got the two confused?

Hard to confuse a 1000 or whatever vertical Greek Peak has and the 350 feet of vertical Peek N' Peak has for it's terrain. Both have Peak in their name, though....

Greek is definitely CNY- closer to the 'Cuse than Rochester or Buffalo. 4 hours from the Western NY border roughly via vehicle and Eastern NY closer to 6 hours and more by driving...

Rather than distill the post down, I suggest you look at a fastfred post the same way someone would look at a painting from Renoir, Monet or any one of the Impressionist masters. Don't be overly distracted by the literary brushstrokes (in this case, the run on sentences caused by the lack of punctuation) but step back, squint if you have to, and view it in it's entirety.

My guess is she didn't give off a strong enough "local" vibe. That carries a lot of weight in VT as to how you are treated.
