Fred, have you considered the benefits of owning a fraction of Niagara?
I still call it The Jake.

It’s the fact that it’s not connected to any other fence.

That happens when you're stopped at red lights.

Want a solid slice of Upstate? Take a ride on NY 145 from Rt 23 to Middleburg. Worn out and used up...

speaking of bottomed out... Old Man Upstate claims another victim in the K-tribe clan:

while I'm in there I'll brush this "surface rust" off the parking brake caliper!

For those of you that missed Buckethead’s post in ECRC, Plattekill is selling tickets for Saturday at $25- must be repurchased online “by Friday”. Not sure if that means today or by end of day tomorrow. I’m thinking it’s gonna be a great spring day

Wire Road to Jackson Corners Road to the Taconic is a great lower Upstate drive. You go over the Highlands and into the Taconics. Good stuff.

Well, that I can sympathize with. I was just trying to explain corn snow to my non-skiing wife and it went about how you would expect.

If you’re coming from upstate, it would be on your left as you get off the Thruway.

There's a Betty Beavers up near the Essex County Jail, just off the Northway. I used to travel to Plattsburgh a fair bit for work and that was the last place (heading back to the Capital District) that I could get cell coverage for like 50 miles. Took more than few conference calls from the Beav.
