While I think of myself as firmly left of center I don't know that I like the lib tag. During these cocktail hours the crowd fluctuated from week to week as different people showed up, it seems that other than two or three most are not far left or right but the common theme was surprisingly well armed in about 75% of the homes on the street.

I don't like the label either. However, the definition of "libs" here is what I feel the far right would be using as their threshold of who would be "against" them.

We shouldn't let the clowns divert our attention from the dangerous ones
Our system requires that every four years you pick one asshole or the other asshole. Don't let that define you. Don't force others into one of two boxes. That is divisive and that is an impediment to progress.

Most people are pretty fucking normal and we need to celebrate that. By pitting brother against brother you are falling into the trap that our bought and paid for government has set over the course of the last 30+ years.

This is the story. Not that Trump sucks or Pelosi sucks or whatever. Our system is supposed to be something like capitalism and the profit motive within the bounds established and agreed upon by the government which represents the people.

One the government has it's own profit motive and no longer acts in the best interests of the people we are fucked. That used to mean that the wage slaves are fucked. Now, because it has gone too far, all of society is potentially fucked.

What is sick and twisted is that the corporate interests and the 1%ers that created the problem are perhaps the only entities with enough leverage to get us back on track.

Crazy times. Let you ration thought control your politics not the other way around. Go skiing, get off the social media, try to make the world better for other people. Its really not that hard. We all gotta give up something. Think about that.

You think you are left center? I think of myself as a great skier.

4 years ago I went into the local gun shop and demanded that the owner sell me a gun to protect myself from all my trumpster neighbors. He wouldn't sell me one. He made the right decision. I'm thinking of going back to the store. Not for a gun but to tell him "I told so. I told you what was coming".

White Supremacist Arrested after Ankle Monitor Places Him at Capitol Riots

    https://www.newsweek.com/white-supre...d-boys-1562364

A self-confessed white supremacist who openly discussed plotting a school shooting and killing people in a church has been charged with being involved in the attack on the Capitol after his GPS monitor placed him at the scene.

Betancur was reported to have voiced "homicidal ideations, made comments about conducting a school shooting, and has researched mass shootings."

He also expressed support for James Fields, the white supremacist convicted for killing a counter-protester with his car during the neo-Nazi "Unite the Right" protests in Charlottesville.

The affidavit adds that Betancur stated he also wanted to run people over with a vehicle, kill people in a church, and had a desire to be a "lone wolf" killer.

According to the affidavit, Betancur was able to get permission to leave his home state of Maryland to travel to Washington D.C. while on probation in order to distribute bibles with an organization called Gideon International.

    Metaphor alert! Homeless community fire.

A "small fire" under a nearby bridge prompted the temporary shutdown of the U.S. Capitol complex and the evacuation of the west front of the building, where a rehearsal for Wednesday's inaugural ceremony was underway Monday.

"Public safety and law enforcement responded to a small fire in the area of 1st and F streets SE, Washington, D.C. that has been extinguished," the Secret Service tweeted. "Out of an abundance of caution the U.S. Capitol complex was temporarily shutdown. There is no threat to the public."
Wonder if a dumpster was involved?

The real threat is not an armed takeover of the govt, but the intimidation of govt officials and workers. With death threats and doxing proliferating, we are seeing frequent resignations of public health officials. After the last election how many people will want to serve as county election officials and workers? How many officials, especially at the state and local level consciously or subconsciously change their actions or their message because of real or perceived threats? Judges can be intimidated too. We can turn our state and national capitols into fortresses but how can we protect the 10's or 100's of thousands of public servants who can easily be taken out by a lone gunman or bomber? And what are the chance that the next election is as fair as the last--if your definition of fairness is the number of people who are able to vote?

IF THE POWER GOES OUT, IT'S A TRAP!
Since November 4th, I have been forwarded at least four very well-produced videos wherein the speakers claim President Trump has a secret plan to arrest all the conspirators and have the military take over the United States Government temporarily until control is restored and Trump is sworn in for another four years. The speakers all stress that current events are very fluid (like a battlefield) and that if all their assurances don't come to pass immediately, don't worry because President Trump is in control and he will vanquish the Enemy for us in one fell swoop. In every video, the speakers warned that electric power could go out for a short time, so have storable food and a means to filter water ready if it does. That last part got my attention because it is absurd. What does arresting a bunch of Domestric Enemies in Washington DC and elsewhere have to do with cutting electric power to everyone nationwide? Think about it!

I previously warned you to beware of what you want to believe, because what you want to believe is what Psyops Specialists exploit. Many people fell for the ChemTrail Hoax because they were inclined to believe the government has evil intentions toward the general population. That was a psyops exercise. The Climate Change Hoax is another psyops exercise intended to influence environmentally concerned Liberals. We must think like the Enemy if we are going to survive the Enemy, and more importantly, everything we do and every act must be as if our lives and those of our loved ones depend on it.

American firearms in the hands of the general population have always presented a prickly problem for prospective enemies of our Constitutional Republic. Following World War Two, the Japanese admitted they didn't try to invade the west coast of the United States after the Pearl Harbor attack because nearly all American citizens were privately armed. In other words, the Japanese military feared armed American citizens more that the American military. Most nations' leaders fearfully disarm their population, so all an enemy needs to do is defeat that nation's military and the citizenry is defeated at the same time. Our Founding Fathers made sure our citizens had the right to keep and bear arms, both to keep our government in check and our enemies at bay. One of the reasons Iraq didn't fall right away after Saddam Hussein's military was defeated is because many of Saddam's citizens were armed and continued to fight on as an insurgency. That Iraqi insurgency ultimately failed only because the Saddam-hating general population didn't support it.

The very first thing the Democrats have to do after the Inauguration is confiscate our privately owned, high-capacity, semi-automatic firearms, and they have to do it fast. How? Well, if you are the Enemy, how would you get those guns voluntarily turned over to you? How about trading food for guns? All they have to do is take control of America's Achilles Heel -- our electric power supply. Once the electricity is cut off, the food in your refrigerators and freezers will spoil long before you can eat it, and because most Americans never prepare for the worst, they'll be starving in no time and willing to trade just about anything for food -- especially if they have children. The other advantage to the Enemy is that cutting off the electric power supply also cuts off our primary ability to communicate or receive important communications.

So right now we're being psyop'd by these slick videos to expect the power to go out for a short while to keep us complacent, all the while falsely believing our nation is being restored as we sleep. What I strongly suspect is that Trump is in fact isolated, contained and unable to communicate, especially after I saw the interview with Mike Lindell that confirms the reports that White House Staff are stopping people from being able to meet with Trump. Patrick Byrne warned us that Trump was being controlled and Sidney Powell was prevented from meeting with President Trump. That tells me Trump is not in control at all, and if that is the case, then there is no last-minute, miracle rabbit about to pulled out of Trump's hat.

Of course there will be those still claiming President Trump is using the principles spelled out in Sun Tsu's Art of War by appearing weak when in fact he is about to spring the trap of the century. I would personally love to know that is true, but I don't, and because I don't I am preparing for the worst. Remember: Do everything as if your life depends on it.

PGE is planning to cut the power to the State of Jefferson today if they haven't already. They say high winds but everyone knows it rains all January in California. Is PGE in cahoots with the guvment? Don't say I didn't tell you.

Comey said that post-presidential intelligence briefings are usually "controlled" by the director of national intelligence, "who will have to take a very hard look at whether Donald Trump should be given information, including any information that might be sensitive to the security of the United States."

"The guy's a lying demagogue who you can't trust," Comey said. "You want to be very, very careful about what you give him."

"I'm hoping that he will have been stripped of the perks of a former president by being convicted by the U.S. Senate and barred from further participation in public office," he added. "Maybe that will be a reason for them to cut him off entirely."

    She seems nice.

22-year-old woman sought by FBI for supposedly stealing Nancy Pelosi's laptop, and according to her friends, intending to sell it to Russian spies. Damn girl, go big or go home I guess.
