Scarpa Alien RS 26, Cilo 30l, approach and running shoes 9-9.5

    Sold!
Scarpa Alien RS, size 26. I got these to replace my TLT 6’s, hoping if the rest was good i could punch out the forefoot to accommodate some width needs. Turns out my heel, ankle and instep are just too small for this shell to work. If you have the right foot, these would be glorious. They ski as well as my tlt’s, walk better and of course are 300 grams or so lighter. Single move transitions without swapping in tongues was really nice as well.
They had about five days on them, i did another three trying to make the fit work. There’s light scuffing on the toes and soles from brief scrambles. The gaiter is intact, and no insoles. They’ve now been to the top of Stuart, Sherpa, Colchuck and Dragontail. I paid 440 shipped, how about 400 shipped, pretty firm.

Scarpa Alien RS 26, Cilo 30l, approach and running shoes 9-9.5

Sold! Cilo Gear 30l pack. I got it here last year and don’t need it. You’ll need to get a strap kit from Cilo for side compression straps; I’ve got a few tails but not many buckles.
The lid is in very fresh condition. The body is well used but functional, i patched a bunch of minor holes with aquaseal when i got it. Decent light midsize pack, I’m just cleaning house. Make an offer.

Altra Superior, size 9.5. I doubt anybody cares, but here they are. Pretty fresh, less than fifty miles. I cranked up my miles too fast after ski season last year, got hurt and eased off running. Now I need something a bit stouter than these. They include the modular rock plate, and insole. Make an offer. Click image for larger version.

Sold! Garmont N.Air.G approach shoes, 9.
Due to nerve damage from narrow ski boots and plantar fasciitis from running, I’m trying to find decent long range stout hiking/scrambling shoes. These are close, but too narrow.
One day on carpet, one on trail less than 5 miles.
    Make an offer!

Interested in a case of beer or equivalent for the Cilo pack? I'm in Winthrop. If you're headed to WA Pass I'm sure we could work out meeting up somewhere.

I paid $80 for the garmonts, open to offers. Shipping shouldn’t be too bad unless they’re going to the east coast.
    $50 shipped? They’re pretty fresh

Would offer some good beers of your choice or $40 for the pack. I'm in Seattle in case you're nearby.

I am considering these Aliens. Just not certain about sizing. I am perfect in a 26.0 Maestrale RS. I have a fairly wide forefoot and narrow heel, not much wiggle room in my 26.0 Maestrale, but going up to the 26.5 felt way too big for me. I have never had a chance to try on the Alien. Anyone who has experience with both willing to compare?

I can’t compare them directly to mastrale’s, hopefully someone here can; however, i have a wide forefoot and narrow heel and that’s why I can’t make them work. I was going to punch them out for width, but I couldn’t keep my heel and ankle planted.

I’ve got a local interested in the Aliens, if he passes they’ll still be hot and ready for the collective.
