I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

Just put a 180mm rotor on my gravel bike. Got this rig up to 64mph last year, it was exceeding the limits of the 160. Probably going to ride over Teton Pass and back tomorrow, should be a good test.

10 miles and 2k vert. Did a rock section I’ve been eyeballing for four years. Smooth and made it.

I've got some OneUp 20mm rise bars and an EDC V2 + threadless carrier in the mail for my SB115, and I went full dentist and ordered a Kogel ceramic BB for the SB150 race bike.

I really need to order one of those Silkys. Did an alpine ride that was a perfect candidate. 5 or 6 trees down and all were no bigger than 10"-12" in diameter. How long is that saw?

This is the 170mm model. Small enough I’ll actually bring it when riding solo.

Silkys are great, but for 10" trees you'll need the Big Boy, which is the bigger brother to that Pocket Boy. I will say that trees that big get pretty tedious after the first few, especially if you have to cut them twice to open a passage.

    Heh!

I frequently (after any decent storms) ride with a Silky BigBoy secured to the downtube with an Awesome Strap. Works great!

I had to go searching through my pics…now I see it, Yellow Mountain at the back of the drainage. Love that lollipop loop!

Actually, Yellow Peak is at the head of the Middle Fork Little Timber to Big Timber loop, west of Leadore. We haven't found a name for the peak in that photo, but Diamond is at the head of the cirque. "Obscure peaks of Eastern Idaho for 20, Alex."

Bought the 2021 Specialized Stumpjumper Comp Alloy for the geometry and am planning on slowly upgrading it. Thinking of upgrading the drivetrain from an NX to a GX or above, but am worried about durability since I tend to beat up my bike (hence the alloy). Any thoughts? Also, drivetrain or carbon wheels?
