We have a couple Dakine Rangers for bike use. COVID kept all our riding local last year so they’re still on the shelf. With our weather and usual conditions we don’t need much compartmentalization in the bags- worst case scenario is cowshit, in which case I’d use a trash bag for the affected gear.

New 35mm Sid Select showed up. I didn’t realize I ordered the remote version but with the grip shift setup I’m pretty stoked to give it a go.

a positive attitude will not solve all of your problems, but it may annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

The lockout is grip shift actuated? That's cool, I haven't seen that before.

My Izzo has a Grip Shift lockout for the Rear. Most the online chatter is vehmently against it, but I'll see how it goes before swapping to a lever.

Finally got my Giant Trance out on the trails with the Works Components 1.5 degree headset installed. Transformed the bike, it is so much more composed on fast descents and the cornering has substantially improved as well. Trying to get another 2 years out of this bike and hope that will solve the supply issues.

Been gathering parts for a new build so been buying things all the time, the big move this week was ordering a set of Nobl TR32's w DT240exp's.

Went for the 240's because why not? That and availability of Hydra's in any color that made sense was maybe May, trying not to play the maybe game this year.

Not today, but Friday I bought an Orbea Occam M10. The trails are still snowy and muddy so I haven't ridden it yet. Probably going to buy a couple chunkier tires for it on Monday.

Jamis Renegade S3. Been looking for a do-it-all bike, and picked this up at the LBS while they are still available.

How did you decide on the PNW? Looking at the OneUp 210 too, but I think the shorter insertion of the PNW would work better for my Patrol. I'm not familiar with PNW's products.

You bet! Looking forward to some riding up on the pass.

Kicking around the idea of a Targhee pass as well, but can’t seem to find any info on the options/pricing yet. Pocatello also has me intrigued.

Some nice bluetooth headphones for my rides. Pro tip, get the ones without the cord behind your neck, unless you like cold plastic rubbing against your sensitive skin

Good one. Their line up looks a great addition to bikes sold here. Hows their availability? Are you able to get some eebs too? Just out of curiousity

It’s my first swing with PNW. Cost is right. Their lever and droppers have been innovative (low stack, adjustable travel, pressure adjustable return speed). Products are consistently well reviewed plus they seem committed to customer service.

Rad - thanks for the reply. Post up how the install goes, and whether you like em! Would love to hear. Would like to be able to drop my seat a little lower than my 175 Reverb allows.

Got my Mezzer mounted up a month or so ago. It's stiff! Still dialing in the various pressures and suchness, but mostly skiing these days.

The Epic Evo got some goodies today.
She was a bit jealous of the Switchblade with it’s Runt and i9 315c’s

    Runt for the 34sc
    Industry Nine UL280c

I’ll switch the stock wheels back to tires that are a bit more fun.

Only have a little bit of time with the Runt in the 36 but I think I’m sold. As someone who likes their fork a touch softer and with multiple tokens, it feels like it’s better mid stroke with a less harsh ramp. Still plush off the top, but more linear through the stroke.

New chain, cassette and chain ring to start the season off. Plus now I've got to track down a new low speed compression knob for my fork. I wonder where that little guy went?

Pulled trigger today on 2021 Fox X2 for the SB150. Just about the last item needed to make my bike totally pimped out and ready for race season.
