    Got Some Devastating News Today...

    They discontinued Rye Triscuits.
All of those ‘open the economy’ protesters should band together behind this travesty. It is (was) the ‘finest of the flavors’, to quote the BNL.
    Crushed over here.
(2cnd world problem, as the US has slipped down a notch).

Speaking of rye , every time I manage to get to the market for essentials, the only bread they ever have left on the shelves is rye...

It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

I love Rye bread and finding the opposite actually in our stores- eating it ever since Dermatologist gave a list of things to avoid for skin rashes years ago . Plenty of Wheat Bread or All Grain, but not 1 package of Rye Bread or if they do it is the small loaves for $5 and half the number slices of others.

Not that I know of. Just Ritz crackers. Although I love Triscuits, my current rye fix is satisfied by WASA

I’m sure there’s an option in the Cheez-It lineup that could satisfy your needs.

Rye triscuits, smoked salmon, cream cheese and a little dill if I have it. Fucking divine.
Guess I’ll have to quit eating salmon.

My next door neighbor owns a restaurant and has an appetizer close to this, only the "craker" is some sort of deep fried bred with tons of butter.

Any chance they are replacing rye Triscuits with bourbon flavor?
