    Black dynafit beast carbon/khion in a 28.5?

Does anyone have this boot sitting around?

Also has anyone tried to punch the shell? The plastic seems burlier than most other boots.

I assumed this boot is the same as the beast carbon white boot. But it appears to be different, does anyone know what the difference between the boots are?

White one has a very different liner-taller, stiffer, much thinner. Also has a meh booster strap. Last the white one has cf inlays which make it stiffer. I think the gray one has fiberglass inlays.

I’m in the carbon version right now and it’s stiff as f*ck. Also the last is tiiigght I read they are a claimed 102. Is that misinformation or is dynafit just throwing random numbers out there? Have you done any shell work?

If I added a power strap that could be the solution. Have you skied both? If so are the grey ones still pretty stiff?

Yes, carbon version is very stiff. I'm only skiing them inbounds/slackcountry. The walk mode is pretty poor. I do like the way they ski, though.

No shell work, just liner molding.
