    Self Help Books

After burning through a couple depressing dystopian books recommended by maggots, I became a bit too morose for my own good and for the first time looked at reading a self help book while sheltered in place. I've always dismissed a lot of these books as hokum written by charlatans. Downloaded The Wedge by Scott Carney and I think it may be game changer as I've started doing Wim Hof breathing in the morning and a couple cold showers. I'm already feeling and thinking differently and highly recommend it.

Any recommendations that have helped you? And if you say Dale Carnegie or AA book, don't bother... I'll always be an intolerable asshole that likes to get overserved.
