Thanks for sharing. That must have been a real challenging time. No one appreciates feeling normal until after a prolonged illness!

Happy to hear you're recovered and desiring to help others recover. Now you can get back to golfing, whenever it opens up again.

Yay Meg! Glad to hear you're finally & fully recovered. Pretty funny that your experience is in "trip reports" lol...

Glad your kitty didnt suffer any covid either - Ive been wondering about transmissibility to pets as I have two cats and (as you know) one has health problems.

They say 3 tigers at The Bronx zoo got it from the zoo keeper.
We've been all over our cat Jackson since he's our therapy cat but he doesn't seem to show any CVID19 symptoms?
    Tigers are pussies anyways.

Glad you are better Nutmeg! Two things; I always thought you were late 20s / early 30s and what’s with the water deliveries? I thought NYC had some of the best water around.

I’m older than most people think.
I actually can’t believe myself I’ll be 50 in a little over two years!!!

    We don’t live in NYC.
We live in Westchester county which’s right outside of the city.
Our co-op has old pipe system I don’t trust to drink out of tap.
So are some old apartments in the city.
A lot of us actually get home water delivery.

Glad you both are better. What doesn't kill you, right?

Protip: If you take it out of the case, you'll have a lot more room in the fridge.

Thank you for detailing this not so FOMO trip report. I can’t imagine trying to be productive with it. What do you do for work?

    I’m a graphic designer.

I work for a remote control company does home controlling system.
    I do UI/UX (application) graphics.

I also freelance architectural drawings for way finding signage such as site plans, floor plans, egress maps... etc.

When the economy goes bad, I have the type of profession to get on the chopping block.
Happened twice before and it will happen again.
I couldn’t give my employer any more reasons.
