WTB- intuition toe cap for 27.5 liner
Looking to heat fit some Hoji Free tour boot liners. Anyone have toe caps?

cut the end off a thick sock?
wear a thicker sock?
add padding on your foot, just where you need it?

Did you check Intuition's site? Last time I looked (a couple of years) they had them for a reasonable price.

cut up pieces of corrugated cardboard and tape them to your feet where you want to add space to the liner, also tape your insole to the foot and cover it all with a thin sock for the mold
the last time I did this I used the cardboard from a corona beer caseLee Lau - xxx-er is the laziest Asian canuck I know

thx for the idea's guys. So basically tape cardboard to my foot where I want extra room, tape foot bed to foot and put a sock over all of it and insert in boot?

MEC neoprene paddling socks, cut the toes off. Makes for a pretty good tie cap for around $11.

Intuition fit kit (includes the toe cap and fitting sock) is $10 CDN on their website.
