Our town’s water has a pH of 7.9 and 40ppm of dissolved solids.
So why do I need OPs miracle gizmo?

I don't know, does alkaline water work the same in a radiator as antifreeze? OP, why don't you drink both and let us know.

Is “alkaline water” the new “raw water”?
Scientists now have decisive molecular evidence that humans and chimpanzees once had a common momma and that this lineage had previously split from monkeys.

For those with more discerning palates, they will detect a hint of Crystal Pepsi.

I will never forget Crystal Pepsi.

As a young lad on my way to Philmont via train on the Southwest Chief from the midwest we noticed it being sold in a test market around Albuquerque. Naturally we bought a shitton of it to show everyone back home this ground breaking cola.

After it sat in 100 degree lockers in Cimarron for 3 weeks plus the train home we unveiled the swill on everyone.

The SNL skit Crystal Gravy several months later around Thanksgiving made total sense.

This is kinda like that indeed.
