OK Version 2.0 prototype is here, and it’s awesome, and my friend is going to make 10 pairs in the next few days. I want to compensate him a bit for time & materials, so I’m asking y’all to PayPal me $US 20 plus $5 shipping to anywhere. PM with your email address, name and address, and I’ll reply to the first 10.

This limited run of V2.0 prototypes will let you guys expand the field testing on F1s, F1 LTs, Hoxa, … of course as proto testers please don’t expect cool anodized colors or any guarantee it’ll work for a thousand days of touring. .

Let’s call em the StrapOff 5000, in honor of TGRz many StrapOn jokes.

I wish for a buckle with more throw on the strap.
I'm rocking the OG strapper. I don't like how it dangles. Wish I could unbuckle and have it be totally loose. Also make it easier to buckle for my Trex arms.

I tuck the strap inside my pant cuff, so no dangling.

Btw the StrapOff full disconnect allows a true set and forget solution, since you can easily get the boot on and off. Even a long throw buckle (which would be cool) doesn’t enable that unless you have a super low instep.
