So whatcha doin' with all this free time?

Anyone managing to be productive? I'm fortunate to still be able to get out in the backcountry pretty easy and have gotten some good days in (shame me now!), but still way more time at home than I am used to. Finally got around to ripping some CDs onto my computer, some that I haven't heard in maybe 20 years. Looking at some online courses to take. Trying to motivate to step up at-home workouts. And trying to figure out the best way to get out into the workforce and help out with this situation without putting myself at too much risk. How are you all making good use of this time?
And for any of you deemed essential, whether that be in hospitals, supermarkets, whatever (and we all know that working from home is not a real job, you ain't fooling anyone), thank you for your service.

Biggest thing since stating WFH has been getting outside more often. The lower elevations melted out early here, so have been biking and hiking quite a bit. And with the gyms being closed, I have had to work on doing strength training at home.

I've also been starting to revisit my artistic side a bit more: painting, ink on paper, even colored pencils. Good to keep the mind focused on things other than a computer screen.

When it's not raining I ride otherwise not much. I take my wife to the supermarket, send some work emails, maybe make a call or two to customers I know are still open but mostly just fuck off on the internet all day. I have a dozen great projects to do around the house but not in the rain and mud.

Doing some long overdue photo editing and cataloging them too, why in the fuck do I put this off all winter. Have a lot of home projects to do to but haven't got around to them yet.

Don't need a stay at home order for that to happen.

Naps, just woke up from a 90 minute one. Really helps me maintain when I am awake hours a night. Been reading a lot more. Time to go outside, find a shady spot and read.

Refinishing my dory "Brave Ulysses" as a personal Arc for some ocean rowing/social distancing this Summer. It's a good hands-on distraction out in the garage that shows tangible results pretty quickly. Soothing.

sheetrock can eat a moldy dick but i would love to be remodeling my basement right now, sheetrock included. this is unacceptable right now with full-time 4 and 6 year old coworkers...and the fact that I have delaying all work until the plumbing is 100% redone, which leads to wanting to redo the HVAC and the electorical and oh, fuck it.

It's wonky as shit but will paint all one color (ceilings too) to hide as many imperfections as possible.

While I was sanding for 6 straight hours Saturday I remembered I too hate sheetrock. The space will be very welcomed so the pain was/is worth it.

As soon as I can remedy a mystery foundation leak that puts very little water into one spot when it rains very heavy I will install some carpet tiles I have. That project requires getting my dad's backhoe over here and digging back the foundation. Tar and gravel to see if it's truly foundation. The whole yard slopes towards house (no way to really change), so we might also have to do a French drain to the far side. With easy access to a backhoe not a big deal just time.

    The projects never end though

Needs baseboards. Doors are on order but nobody building right now (custom doors). I know where the mistakes are but they are well hidden but paint and lighting for the most part. I might clean em up someday. The black wall is magnetic paint and will finish with blackboard paint. Kids.

Not my routine, but looks pretty easy.... :P

-Bike intervals: 30 sec. hard, 20 sec. rest x 5-10
-90º/90º hip openers with activation x 4-5 per side
-Plank row x 8 per side (try to keep everything solid, no twisting your hips or shifting weight)
-Dead bug SLOW x 5 per side (count to 3 each rep, with or without weight)
    -Straight into full sit-ups SLOW x 10
-Pull-ups x as many as you can do.
    -Repeat ALL 2-3 times

    Set 2:
-Sideways monster-band walks with scapula-stabilization x15 steps each direction
-Single-leg glute burners x 15 per side (with or without the band, stand on one leg with slight knee flexion and extend the other diagonally backward. Keep your lower back solid, the motion comes from your glutes/hips, not your back! Use a wall or pole etc. to assist with balance)
-Body-weight overhead squats x 15 (with or without band)
-Single-leg stair jumpers x 6 per side (drop down onto one leg fast, and then explode up from that same leg onto the step)
-Double-leg continues stair hops x 10 (jump up and down on the stair continuously.)
    Optional bonus:
    -Handstand push-ups x 6
    -Handstand walk-outs x 4
    -Repeat ALL 2-3 times
