Crazy, great and insane... and with dogs. Did you have to give him water or was he completely independent?
Bucket list for sure once we get our wings back. Thanks for posting.Screw the net, Surf the backcountry!

Wow pleasant surprise. Thought this was southern America GA and wasn’t ready to wade into another covfefe thread.
Looks like a blast and that dog looks like a bad ass.

After Z bo's trip with Josh and Mike D, I've been pretty stoked on Georgia. Looks like a must visit spot. Thanks. Dog love!

Breathtaking beauty of the Caucasus!
What about ski passes and accommodation in Gudauri? Any tips on where to buy a package not to worry about cash on the way?

I love this plays! Especially people there. When I was in Europe, I decided to visit this country for a weekend and stayed there for the whole week

Seconding this question on the hotels there. We're thinking on the Gudari Loft hotel, but would like something that's relatively easy to get to and from the slopes at its location. It seems like if you stay north of the southern most (downhill) lift this isn't a problem?

Stayed at Hotel Alpina on B&B basis
Booked through booking.com
9 nights B&B for 2 people back in Jan 2016 was US$250 (so $14 per person per night)
https://www.booking.com/hotel/ge/alpina.html
Clean, warm, big breakfast, shuttle to lifts in the morning, ski back to the door in the night.
Located looker's left of the resort which placed it well for runs down from Kobi Pass area
Dinner options were good
15-min walk or couple of min drive to main 'village'
I exchanged money in the cashpoint at the airport
Ski pass info here. Single resort or multi-resort available. Cheap as fuck

We scored on our trip
